Early Morning — Angkor Wat Sunrise

Start your day before dawn with a journey to Angkor Wat. Arrive in time to witness the spectacular sunrise behind the temple’s iconic towers. After sunrise, enter the temple and explore its magnificent galleries, intricate carvings, and remarkable bas-reliefs while learning about its history and significance.

Morning — Ta Prohm & Bayon Temple

Continue to Ta Prohm, one of Angkor’s most atmospheric temples, where ancient trees and massive roots embrace the stone ruins. Next, explore Bayon Temple, located at the heart of Angkor Thom. Admire its famous stone faces and beautifully carved bas-reliefs depicting scenes from Khmer history and daily life.

Lunch — Local Restaurant Near the Temples

Take a relaxing break for lunch at a local restaurant near the Angkor temples. Lunch is not included, giving you the freedom to choose from the available local dishes and refreshments.

Afternoon — Banteay Srei

Continue to Banteay Srei, often known as the “jewel of Khmer art.” This beautiful temple is famous for its pink sandstone and exceptionally detailed carvings, offering a different and more intimate experience of Khmer architecture. Early start: The tour begins before dawn for the Angkor Wat sunrise. Please be prepared for an early morning departure.
Comfortable shoes: Expect plenty of walking, uneven ground, and some temple steps. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.
Temple dress code: Please wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees when visiting the temples.
Sun & weather: Cambodia can be hot and humid. Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a reusable water bottle.
Lunch: Lunch is not included. Your guide will recommend a suitable local restaurant near the temples.
Temple Pass: Your Angkor entrance pass is included in the tour.
